Things are different here then the are in the West. I use the most simple way…I don’t want there coins. Round it up, and just take the paper notes, the guys seem happy with that. If the change is not that much, give the guy a 100 dollar note and take the change.

People that say “If you don’t want to depend on tips, get another job” Are morons.

They have it backward.

IF YOU WANT YOUR FOOD DELIVERED, be ready to tip. That’s how it works, it is not how you want it.

Yes we remember bad tippers, yes we will shit in your food.
And by law we are NOT required to carry change, so you can fuck yourself if you want your 12cents and not giving it to me as a tip, I’ll just take your pizza back and we’ll BLACK LIST you.

Then you’ll HAVE to get your fat ass in your car and come down to get your pizza.

Tipping in Taiwan is totally optional. Yes people make less than US minimum wage here, but that doesn't justify tipping. People don't tip in Taiwan, which is a good thing if you ask me. I have on occasion tipped if i had extra-ordinary service (or the service staff is good looking and they flirt with me) but in most cases I won't tip. I tend to take the New Zealand stance on tipping, where people feel it is overcompensation and paying twice for your service.

Just make sure you TIP the delivery guy..they make less that minimum w age in USA usually. They depend on TIPS.

Last Thursday it was raining hard and Steven called me to ask what I wanted for dinner. He suggested pizza, and I said “What about the poor delivery guy?” Steven then said “I know, but it’s raining outside.” We then ordered delivery.

Maybe you should start to use take-away instead of delivery… so thosee poor guys don’t need to deliver your warm hot pizza in the cold rain
