I need your help. I´m looking for a good old friend from school (São Paulo, Brazil) who went back to Taipei – TW long time ago. I have her name and last address. Is there a tool that I can use to find her again ? phone book, address book ? could you please help me ?? I´ve tried the internet but was not successful. My question is what do people think about this? If you are an ex-pat (of any country) would you want a stranger looking up your information? Unfortunately, I wouldn’t know how to find someone here, I can’t read Chinese, but on principle, I am uncomfortable in finding information like this because of all the stories I read about internet stalkers and such. What are your thoughts?
