I recently updated my BLOG software to WordPress 1.5. One of the great features is the spam-blocking feature. Please check it out if you would like to install your own Blog software on your system.
You will also notice that the out-of-the-box layout was improved to use what is known as the “Kubrick” style. I will be adding other features such as wiki integration as well as some other new plugins that will make life easier.
The thing that surprised me was that this has not been a more public announcement behind this. At the time I was writing a note stating how slow wordpress development is going, and then suddenly I check the wordpress homepage and I see an update to it. I hope CNET picks up on this soon.
